Are we right for each other? The free Discovery Session will provide us with background information about your position in your property journey. We will be able to share with you the comprehensive service that Green Room provide, and we will advise you on your next steps.

Solidify Your Plans

Now that we have greater clarity on your property vision we can start formulating a plan. We will provide you with objective and informed feedback as to how the current property market aligns with you desired outcomes.

Financial Planning

If you have not yet engaged a mortgage broker, or financial adviser, we can connect you with highly reputable professionals to assist you with every financial aspects of purchasing investment or owner-occupier property.

Property Search

This is where the fun begins! Now that we have a clear plan, and your financials are in order, we will start researching and sourcing properties for you. We will provide regular reports, take to you property inspections, and present you with detailed information about your potential future property.

Negotiation and Purchase

Once you have chosen the properties that you are interest in, we will start the negotiation process with the vendor’s real estate agent. Our highly attuned negotiation skills will work toward the best outcome for you.

Property Settlement

Green Room are able to link you with highly recommended property conveyancers to handle the exchange of contracts and ultimate settlement of your property.
